Who we are
flying biker is a small local shop in North Kingston, run by a mum-and-daughter team, delivering Halloween glow toys and neon lights by bike. We are responsible for your personal data (the "data controller"). Questions about your data: flyingbikershop@gmail.com.
What we collect, why, and our legal reason

We don't take payment details, phone numbers or details about children online. We use no tracking cookies or analytics. Your bag is remembered only in your own browser and isn't sent to us until you order.
Who else handles it
We never sell or share your data. These companies handle it for us, only to run the shop:
- Vercel - hosts our website and order system (data stored in London).
- Neon - our order database (data stored in London).
- Google (Gmail) - sends your order confirmation from flyingbikershop@gmail.com and receives your replies.
- SumUp - takes card payments on the doorstep. We never see your full card number.
Vercel, Neon and Google are US-based companies. Where your data could be accessed from outside the UK, it's protected by the UK's approved data transfer safeguards.
Keeping it safe
Everything is encrypted, and your order details can only be seen by us, behind a password. We keep as little as we can, and delete it on a schedule.
Children
Orders must be placed by a grown-up (18+). Please don't put children's names or details in the notes.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to it
- give you a copy to take elsewhere
- stop sending offers (unsubscribe link, or just tell us)
Email flyingbikershop@gmail.com with your order number, or ask the biker at the door. We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
